I love the smell and flavor of chipotle. So yummy! I haven’t tried this yet, but I plan to. I gave the recipe to Carly and she said it was AWESOME. When I do try it, will use it to dip my yam fries in! Try this as a marinade too!
- 1/2 cup of paleo mayo, or I use grapeseed veganese
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbl spoon olive oil
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (Freeze the rest)
- Juice of one lime
combine in a food processor (mini would work great here) or blender. You’re all set!
