I’m on day two of the Whole 30. No sugar yesterday, no dairy…NO CHIPS or any salty goodness. I was VERY prepared with food, so wasn’t too worried. For my ‘crunchy’ snack I used celery – and included almond butter. Very satisfying.
Day one was easy…now on to day two and a bit of PMS. Awesome. You know, my PMS symptoms are nearly gone because I take Barlean’s Essential Woman, 4 caps a day. Seriously, it’s amazing. Women need primrose oil. Here’s some info on it.
This weekend we smoked two chickens and a brisket…the food was amazing. So, last night I stripped the chicken and made a nice little chicken salad, put it in collard green ‘cups’ (picture taco style) and topped it off with an artichoke-olive dip. NOM NOM NOM. On blog soon.
