Whole30 Day 3

I’m on day three of the Whole30, which means I survived days one and two! WHOOHOOOOOOOO! I did have a salt craving last night…needed a little something something…so cooked up uncured, sugar free, no msg bacon and had a piece of that. It was good.

I cannot stress enough that to make this work – you must think ahead. I MUST think ahead. My coffee is just fine without the maple syrup. Those plantain chips? Love them – wanted them yesterday – but made my CHOICE and skipped. Feeling good on this day three…

OH! And I’m reading “It Starts with Food” by the Hartwigs. Good thus far and I know all the stuff they’ve mentioned already – but it’s a good read, a great reminder, and when I’m done I’ll give you the book report.
