Yep, made it through week one. I am pretty proud of myself. I noticed a few things that I need to clean up:
- more label reading. I think I was in denial when I ate that really good salami Saturday night.
- gluten free rosemary crackers made from almond flour. Let’s not eat 10+ at a time.
- fruit cut down. I feel I’m over eating here…need to stop.
Other than that, I feel REALLY good. I’m feeling sluggish today as I didn’t sleep very well last night, I think I ate too late (had an event). One thing I did find was this cool site – http://www.wholelifeeating.com/. Gives us hundreds of recipes that are Whole30 safe (“Every recipe on this site meets their “Whole30” criteria.)
