Whole30 Day 17

WOW. Over the halfway point! I’m feeling darn good. And am noticing some muscles I didn’t know I had. I feel pretty darn good – sleep is back down to 7 ish or so hours, but its a solid 7, no interruptions. I’m still looking for 8+…when I get that, I am UNSTOPPABLE. Funny how an hour can make the difference.

I’ve noticed cravings going down…which is another interesting tidbit. I’m also pretty well prepped with food, though, so I ALWAYS have a go to.

Anyhoo, just another day in paradise. 🙂
