What I’ve Been Up To & Menu Planning

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted – I apologize. I have no idea where the time has gone! I have been doing some REALLY fun stuff that I want to share.

In the month of April, I attended a Carl Paoli (www.gymnasticswod.comFreestyle Connection Movement Seminar;  participated in two one on one sessions with the amazing Andrea U-Shi Chang SFG Team Leader, CK-FMS (Certified Kettlebell and Functional Movement Specialist), Primal Move National Instructor and Z-Health Certified Movement Coach at Kettlebility in Seattle; and finally, attended a SFG seminar.

I am overwhelmed and truly humbled by what I’ve been able to do and the amazing things I’ve learned. I’m very near overwhelmed by the information. The most awesome thing? Carl Paoli as well as Andrea both have amazing videos to supplement the face-to-face…I am so happy about that. Why? Because my brain is FULL.

I will post more but wanted to touch base and let you all know what I’ve been up to. And, I’m currently menu planning! Sitting here, computer on my lap, watching NCIS (I LOVE NCIS)…it’s a good night.
